Look Up

“Look where you’re going!” - what does this statement bring up for you? Hopefully it brings up all of the love, peace, joy and exciting goals you wish to achieve in the future and thoughts on plotting a course of how to get there. For anyone who may find yourself in rumination over the past, rather it is in missing a loved one no longer in life, or regrets of what wish had done differently, my advice to you is to stop looking at the rear view mirror and LOOK UP in front of you and all of the life before you. Only look backwards for lessons learned or for memories that bring joy to the heart. Otherwise, stop staring backwards! Life is now! Everything happens in the “present moment”. Everything that ever happened in the past happened in the present moment when yesterday was the present moment. The more time your mind and heart stays occupied in any other timeline other than the present moment, the more of life you miss. Don’t miss out on life. LOOK UP! Life is now.
